Job Summary :

We are in search of a warm, welcoming, and experienced Fine Dining Restaurant Floor Manager to become a valued member of our team.

As the Floor Manager, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth daily operations of our facilities.

Responsibilities :

  • Coordinate facility operations to enhance efficiency and guest satisfaction.
  • Lead and support our Front of House (FOH) staff with positivity and encouragement.
  • Maintain adequate supplies, equipment, and inventory levels.
  • Address guest concerns promptly and courteously.
  • Maintain accurate records and uphold opening and closing procedures.
  • Collaborate with senior management by providing insightful reports.
  • Ensure adherence to health and quality standards.

Qualifications :

  • Previous experience as a Fine Dining Floor Manager is required; your expertise is invaluable to us.
  • Familiarity with hospitality industry standards is essential.
  • Proficiency in English is a must; fluency in additional languages is advantageous.
  • Ability to mentor, train, and support staff members effectively.
  • Dedication to resolving issues with a customer-centric approach.
